Thanks very much Aylee. I don't use it so much now that i'm done with my mapping and treasure hunting, etc. but your program is still by far the most useful one i've ever seen for organizing your GW data. Best wishes.

Evrything is going quite well. New job is pretty nice, but I still have to finish my old works... this is why I'm still a little busy. But I succeeded coming back to GW and even a bit on MappingOut Things are growing more normal, indeed ehehe
And yes, I missed this topic too

Hands down the best Community Works item out there. Simply Amazing!
The only things I have noticed while using them:
Couple mispelled skills.
I really wish you could move the map around instead of it being limited to a specific area, but I'm sure it has something to do with the map file being massive and it would slow things down.
Thank you, thank you!

Levi Garett,
as you said, I chose to use regional maps and not full maps just to reduce the amount of memory used by the program. In this way you could use MappingOut while running GW, without having any problems
About mispelled skills... I have no doubt I mispelled (more than) some skills But, if you can, please point me out which skills and I will correct them! Lots of skills have been corrected after users' indications
Actually, I developed MappingOut most of all on user' suggestion coming out from this topic eheh For that, I will never stop thanking you all!!
May the Light protect you forever!

UPDATE 30-07-2003 (v3.0.4)
Thanks to everyone for your contributions in correcting errors and giving suggestions.
minor updates
- changed the map of "Realm of Torment". Old map has been substitued with Graywing's one, showing all paths to reach each zone. I've ever lost myself, trying to find out the right entrance to a particular zone... so that, here's an help!!
- added location of the boss "Curator Kali", during "Gate of Madness" mission
- added location of the boss "Champion Puran", during "Gate of Madness" mission
- added all unique green items dropped in "Domain of Anguish"

Aylee, i tried download the latest update and i keep getting a "Runtime Error 7" out of memory message. Now i know most likely this is prolly a problem with my computer and not the program, but can anyone give me tips as to fix it so i can download the update?
Another idea if it hasn't been suggested is a way to keep track of Hardmode missions and vanquishs done.
Thanx again for a great program

tarmongaidon,
this is quite an unusual problem, since lots of people (and I) downloaded the update and had no problems at all ... Try to download the full ZIP ARCHIVE, from this link http://www.mappingout.com/files/MappingOut.zip and let me know if it fixes!
For the hm mission and vanquishs... well.. I'm actually on IT ... I added all zones/towns/outposts/missions name (zones.txt). Now I have to change all maps, using text free minimap, so I can add texts by myself. Then I can add mission and vanquish check lists . It would not be a quick work to do, but I will do it!
May the Light shine on you

As ever Aylee, your "little" program becomes better each update. Dont thank us for what we have got, We thank YOU. Without it, i would have been scribbling on bits of paper for legendary skill hunter.
I am so looking forward to the vanquishing additions to the software. That will be my next title and excel is such a memory hog to run alongside GW it makes it a rubbish one to use and tick off vanquishing areas. I appreciate all your good work
Thank you

Aylee, once again a tremendous program! I just want to point out that the Bearer of Misfortune doesnt list his green bow. I dont know if its in there and not showing or if its not in there and needs to be added.
If it is missing, here's the stats:
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Bearer%27s_Longbow
Also, Illyana's Staff says HSR 12% and not HSR 20%...I fixed this locally by editing the greens.txt file in the directory.
Also not sure if the Charr Salvage Kit was added or not, the update before this I had to add it manually to the .txt.

nbajammer,
thanks for your observations. I will fix it immediately. The most bothering forgiveness has been the "Charr Salvage Kit". Maybe it's a freudian lapsus, due to the fact that those bloody pre-searing Charr don't want to drop it to me -_-. May the Light BURN THEM!!!
And may the Light shine on you all!

I'm glad to hear that, tarmongaidon!
By the way, if anyone would like to waste time in reading something un-useful, here' the link where Aylee herself explains how she started her journey throught the known world, discovering secrets and learning all the stuff she included in MappingOut!
Aylee's Story
(long and tedious... read it if you haven't yet planned anything better!! )

I can't believe you didn't begin your story with:
" The Wheel of Time turns, and ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legends fade to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. In one Age, called the Eye of the North by some, an Age yet to come, an age long past, a wind rose in the Shiverpeakes. The wind was not the beginning. There are neither beginnings or endings to the turning of the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning.
